Employees at Goodyear were great!! I stopped in to get a broken corroded valve stem fixed. The technician took the tire out of the back of my car, broke the tire down and came up with a solution. The girls behind the counter were great! Very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Fixed my valve stem and sent me on my way. Didn’t even charge me!!! Highly recommend stopping in!!

I went in this past Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. Gary recommended I also do my free alignment and a fuel system cleaning and tuneup based on the mileage on my vehicle. Service was completed timely and I went on my way. Sunday morning, I went out to start my car, and it wouldn’t start. I called Amanda and arranged to have the car towed to the shop. I was frustrated to say the least. She even sent 2 guys to my house to see if they could fix the problem. Long story short, Gary, Amanda and the team at the shop went above and beyond resolve all the issues. Gary was great with keeping me updated and explained what happened. They were great! Excellent customer service! Thanks! Edit to Tuesday morning and now my car won’t start again and now I will have to miss a day of work!

Kayla was amazing She fit me in last minute, answered my million questions and saved me from the unsafe position I was in. It’s really scary to be stuck with a flat tire but having someone work so hard to help makes a huge difference. You’re lucky to have her on your team. I hope you can give her some sort of award/bonus for the value she brings to your business. I will ask for her whenever I need service. Also, a big thank you to the mechanic that took care of my tire. He did a great job and was very pleasant.

People are nice to deal with and they are very accommodating. I appreciate the 29 point inspection done for free! NOTE: They will try to upsell you on services that are not needed. I got an oil change prematurely because of this. Whenever going to this shop, always look at manufacturer recommended schedules and go based off of that. Your wallet will thank you massively!

Have had great experiences here especially working with Amy. I have both my vehicles outfitted with the Goodyear WeatherReady and they are great. This place is excellent for tire replacements. If you bring an OEM TPMS sensor while they are putting on new tires, they can have the technicians help you swap it out too. Amy is great about scheduling ahead so I can plan a drop off, then they call you when ready to pick up. I recommend scheduling a drop off because the shop can get busy with full schedules. I also recommend buying road hazard insurance on the tires, the tires are, in my opinion, basically a safety investment. Can’t wait to test these tires in the snow, I suspect they will do great. Thank you to Amy for the friendly service and great tires, big fan of Goodyear.
